Our three unique studios offer space for movement, connection, and stillness. Each location reflects our passion for mindful practice — from yoga and Pilates to dynamic flows and calming sessions. Designed with warmth and clarity, our studios provide a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Whether you’re seeking strength, balance, or peace of mind, our spaces invite you to breathe, grow, and simply be.
Check In
Please check-in with someone from our team before you head into the studios so they can mark you present. If you are visiting via Urban Sports Club, please note, it is your responsibility to ensure you are checked-in properly.
Late arrival
Late entry is disruptive for the class, especially as many classes start with breathwork/ meditation. Our classes start and end on time, and we ask that you’re on your mat and ready to begin at least five minutes before the class starts.
We make no exceptions to this rule to ensure fairness and consistency for everyone in the space. We know that trains, traffic, and weather can be unpredictable, so please plan ahead as best you can to avoid disappointment.
Cancellation / No Show
Our class cancellation policy is 12 hours. If you do not cancel outside of this window, this will constitute as a late cancellation and your credit will not be returned to your account.
If you have an unlimited membership with us, a €10 no-show fee will be charged, so please make sure to give up your spot if you’re unable to attend the class. This allows someone on the waitlist to take your place.
Urban Sports Club or other external third-party bookings are liable to their cancellation policy.
Mobile Phones
Phone use is not permitted during class at any time for safety reasons and out of respect for your teacher and those around you. Please store phones in the changing room or at the windowsill.
Filming / Photography
If you’d like to film your practice, you are welcome to book a private class or hire our studios for a shoot. It is not allowed to film yourself in a public class.
We love seeing your photos before and after practice, or of our space in general, but please be mindful of our members and do not take photos of anyone without their consent.
