Yoga & Pilates

At Shivasloft, we offer a variety of Yoga and Pilates classes to support your body and mind. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll find space to move, breathe, and reconnect.

Choose from Vinyasa Flow, Alignment based Yoga, Yin Yoga, or Pilates and Barre Pilates to build strength, release tension, or improve posture. Gentle and therapeutic classes are also available for a slower pace or recovery.

Class Descriptions

This class lays the foundation for your yoga journey. You’ll learn proper alignment in key poses—standing, seated, backbends, and inversions—while building breath awareness. With props like blocks and straps, you’ll explore how to adapt each posture to your own needs.

This dynamic class links postures in flowing sequences guided by Ujjayi breath and precise alignment. Flow is strong, energizing yoga that builds endurance, balance, and flexibility. Repeated sequences and breath lead you into a moving meditation—the Flow.

Gentle, flowing movements guide you into meditation, helping you connect with yourself and calm your nervous system. The asanas focus on smooth transitions, mindful breathing, and inner calm. The final Shavasana allows deep relaxation and renewal for a strong, grounded, and centered start to your day.

THE class for a strong back: flexibility and strength to keep your back healthy or relieve discomfort. It enhances mobility and endurance. Muscles supporting movement are built, stabilized, and strengthened through prolonged poses. This practice helps correct posture issues and tension. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

In this class, you learn proper alignment in the asanas to strengthen your body and improve physical fitness. The full range of yoga poses—including standing, seated, backbends, and inversions—are taught and practiced. Various props like blocks and straps are used, and you’ll learn how to adjust and modify poses to suit your needs.

Yin Yoga is a calm, mostly passive style practiced mainly seated or lying down. It focuses on relaxing deeply into the poses and allowing breath to flow freely, promoting inner calm and releasing subtle tension in organs and muscles. Yin Yoga complements dynamic classes and supports deep self-awareness and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

This Yoga Movement Flow blends strength, stability, and mobility to gently push you to your limits. The dynamic practice challenges body and mind, ending with a calming Shavasana accompanied by soothing sounds. A unique experience that leaves you grounded, refreshed, and deeply relaxed.

This fundamental Pilates class uses tools like the Pilates ball to make training more effective and varied. It challenges you physically and mentally with exercises for strength, flexibility, and body awareness. You’ll build muscle, strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance coordination and balance. Suitable for all levels.

Pure Pilates is a beginner friendly body workout using mostly bodyweight and the Pilates ball. It combines core, balance, and powerhouse training. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners, it focuses on fundamentals and technique in a relaxed setting. Includes both standing and mat Pilates exercises.

Power Pilates is a dynamic form of classical Pilates that strengthens and tones the entire body. It combines traditional principles with flowing, high-energy movements for an intense workout. It improves fitness, posture, and flexibility, builds core strength, and supports stress relief. Suitable for all levels.

Pilates Sculpt is a dynamic mix of classic Pilates and targeted sculpting exercises. Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and tone your whole body. With controlled, precise movements and resistance training, this full-body workout boosts posture, endurance, and strength. Suitable for all levels.

Experience the perfect mix of strength, flexibility, and grace in our mat-based Barre & Pilates Fusion class. This dynamic workout combines precise Pilates moves with ballet-inspired Barre exercises to tone your core, improve posture, and increase mobility. Gentle yet intense, and suitable for all levels.
